How it is produced

You give the address and tick the works you expect. We build the Buyer Intelligence Report, then cost five prices: the low, middle and top of the sold evidence, the asking price, and the low end less the top of the works. Each carries stamp duty on your basis (only home, first time buyer or additional property; Land Transaction Tax in Wales), an indicative works budget with contingency, and the usual fees.
