Acquisition search and representation
The core engagement. A written brief, a whole-of-market search, institutional-grade analysis, attended viewings and negotiation by your sole representative, through to exchange.
ExploreEnd to end purchase concierge
Everything in the search service, plus the orchestration: solicitor and broker introductions, compliance signposting, utilities and council tax live on completion day.
ExploreManagement oversight
We appoint and supervise the letting agent, review statements, inspect annually and escalate what matters. You deal with Salet only.
ExploreVacant property care
Inspections with photo reports, key-holding, contractor coordination, bills and mail. For owners abroad whose UK property stands empty.
ExploreManaged sale
Exit with the same discipline as entry: sale strategy, agent selection and management, progression to completion.
ExploreFor institutions
Deal sourcing, screening and analysis for institutional clients, delivered privately under contract. Transaction advisory on request.
ExploreFees are discussed openly at the discovery call: an engagement retainer deducted in full from a success fee payable at exchange. Services marked coming are being introduced as our first clients complete; join them and you will be first in the queue.
