Introductions to conveyancing solicitors and mortgage brokers who are used to NRI and overseas-buyer files, chosen for responsiveness rather than kickbacks. We accept no referral payments.

Compliance signposting

UK lawyers will ask for identity and source-of-funds documentation, and overseas buyers face extra checks and the non-resident stamp duty surcharge. We tell you what will be asked, when, and how buyers usually prepare, so nothing stalls. We signpost; we do not give financial or tax advice.

Currency and funding signposting

Moving money across borders has timing and cost consequences. We introduce currency specialists and keep transfers aligned with the legal timetable.

Progression management
