Alongside its private-client concierge, Salet works with a small number of institutional clients on sourcing, screening and analysis. This work is delivered privately, under contract, and is not offered to the public.

- Transaction advisory. Support through negotiation and progression on request.
How it is engaged
Institutional work runs under each client's own agreement, framework and approvals. Salet does not market properties or investment opportunities to the public, and client mandates are never named or discussed publicly.
