The brief

Who the client was in anonymised terms, what they set out to buy, from where, and within what constraints.

The challenge

What made it hard: the market, the distance, the chain, the survey, the negotiation.

The result

Price achieved against asking, time to complete, problems solved, and what the client said afterwards, verbatim and with permission.
